APEC Athlete Academy is Irelands leading Strength & Conditioning Academy for young aspiring athletes looking to compete at the highest level of sports such as – Rugby, Hockey, Football, GAA, Weightlifting, Golf, Tennis, Basketball, MMA and Cricket.
The aim of the Athlete Academy is to give young athletes the opportunity to develop and enhance physical qualities specific to the athlete as an individual as well as the demands of the sport that they compete in.
The coaching team that is responsible for the development and growth of the athletes in the Athlete Academy is comprised of staff who are qualified and work with teams and individual sports at both national and international level, from youth up to senior level, with over a decade of experience.
The Academy is run on a weekly basis, with 2 sessions per week in a 5-week block. The Athlete Academy is open to all aspiring athletes regardless of training age, training level and their preferred choice of sport.

Our training methods are evidenced-based, athlete centred, with a focus on monitoring individual progress throughout the athlete’s physical development journey. Our small group environment ensures we can deliver quality coaching and give athlete’s instant feedback.
